If you know anything about me, you probably know that I’m a proud UGA alum. I’ve dreamed of shooting an engagement session on UGA’s GORGEOUS North Campus for as long as I’ve been a photographer.  When I snagged Janette and Hampton as clients, we immediately found out that Athens was right between us, geographically.  So, I couldn’t help but suggest that we meet in the middle for their engagement session.  When I found out that Hampton has been a lifelong Dawg, it made it all the more perfect.  So, last weekend, on a beautiful pre-spring day in Georgia, we met for possibly my favorite engagement session to date.  We wandered all over North Campus, even ringing the chapel bell, just because we could.  BUT…as pretty as UGA is this time of year, Janette’s sweet smile outshone every budding tree and every blossoming bush.  And the way that Hampton looks at her? Sigh. SO sweet.

To say I’m excited about their October Atlanta wedding is an understatement.  I know I say I’m excited about all of my weddings…and I am. But this will be my first one at an outdoor Georgia venue, and that makes it super special.
